Pesta Durian With ARGSians!

The best pesta durian ever with all your circle of friends! Well, the actual plan was for V Melur but ended up, the other classes joined for the gathering. The
first to arrived was Chuna and Mr & Mrs Shark at 5pm sharp! *hats off*

We started with 11 durians but later I have to run and get the additional of 21 durians - yes, we did the counts. Asepa and Suhaira are the Queens of Durian for real, as you hardly can see them without the durian in hand.. Asepa with her "isi kuning" and Suhaira (hmmm... lets politely say she can eat anything... LOL!)

It's been awhile that we did not see each other so when the opportunity came, we all talked non stop! There was no awkwardness at all among us and best part we felt like 17 (but in my case with Ariannna tag along, I felt like my age - masih sedar diri...).

I am blessed with the helps from all especially to Asam aka Marni to make this gathering successful. Asam was the one who bought the mangosteens and the drinks. Mr & Mrs Shark for the pictures (yup they are the photographer part 1) and lovely cakes and biscuits, ID for all the "makanan kudap2", Asepa for being "photographer part 2", and the rest of the gang helps on finish up the fruits..

Nano came with Mr. Jackie C, EJ was send by her husband but she have dismissed them (gila brutal)and Wilayah was the last to arrived with husband and her four children.

KLM, Business Class & Jakarta

Happening title? Indeed! We are booked for KLM flight but later when we check in at KLIA, the KLM personnel have asked me whether we would like to be upgrade to MAS BUSINESS CLASS. My first reaction - "jangan nak tipu boleh tak?".. Yup, that was the words came out from my mouth. He then replied, "kalau tak nak saya kasi kat orang lain". This time I knew he is serious! I coolly replied, "yeah, why not"... To cover my embarrassment. *blush*.

I love shopping in Jakarta especially Tanah Abang and Grand Indonesia. Bumped with so many sales - Guess and Quicksilver for kids up to 80%! I hate the "macet" but we have great driver that have a great sense not to used the highway (he use the kampung road instead, thank god!).

For the first time in my life, I take the "bajai". It cost me around Rupiah 20K/ RM7.18 (fee depends on the macet and driver, you may bargain the price - in my case I have too because I can't stand to carried all the shopping bags and the worst was THE HONK! Madness!). We have no choice but to take this. But hey, it worth of experience and time. We arrived safely at our hotel in Thamrin Residence within 15 minutes, if by taxi around 1 to 2 hours. MACET! In Jakarta that consider FAST! My personal opinion, bajai is extremely enthusiastic if you willing to gamble your safety and life. I won't mind to use this service again if I'm going back to Jakarta (only in Tanah Abang area!)

Btw, my stay in Thamrin Residence only cost me Rupiah 348K /RM124.93 per night, with breakfast for 2. Affordable, clean, in the middle of all the fantastic shopping complexes and 5 star hotels and Hard Rock Cafe.

I will write and upload few picture on my next post. Very busy.

Tata for now..

Al's Wed

We are very busy last week. Al's wedding (Marni's brother), our Marshella, works, kiddos not to mentioned my husband birthday! See.. That's why we are so called SUPERWOMEN!

Anyway, we was at Marni's parents house when I knew that we are so late (not by one or two minutes but more to half quarter hour!). Makcik2 with their clothes, tudung, make up.. Adoi.. Otw to the event, Marni suddenly clasp her forehead and start cursing. I've asked her what's wrong? "Aku tertinggal memory card camera inside laptop"! Now I feel like cursing too! We are infront of Ampang Point's traffic light. The event at Taman Melawati. We already so late (not to mentioned the last car out from the house), and her parents house is not near either. *BIG SIGH*

I did what I am best at - F1 speed. Don't blame me. I rather have the ticket from Abg Polis than listen to Marni's dad lecturing.. Even the stares can make my knees weak okay (her dad is cool but when this kind of things pop up, you better run..

The Nikah went... Err.. Well? There are few stories but I don't think it's appropriate to mentioned it here. "Biar mereka dan keluarga mereka yang tahu".. We thought that we are late but man, the Kadi and Pengantin (not to mentioned the bride clothes lagi lambat)..

Marshella Photoshoots...

Phewwww... It's not easy to gave those poses okay.. We have to do it for our Marshella Adornment advert insertion in "yet to be name mags" for this August issue. Can't wait!

Panda Eyes.............

Last night I slept at 1am (after having 2 small babies, I consider that as very very late). We have to finish Marshella’s stuffs for this Friday and Saturday photos shoot. I despised “dateline”! Since almost 80% of the accessories are hand made by me and Asam (yup, only 2 of us because we are very particular on the workmanship, details and quality), we have to speed up the production by sacrificing our workday evening rest (after office hour till midnight). FYI, both of us are professional in our fields however due to our deepest love and passion in accessories and fashion, we don’t mind sacrifice the time. I have few pictures on the latest design (this is for Eid Fitr collection and the photos shoot) and I am very sure Asam will kill me if she finds out that I wear one of the sample today… Shhhhhhh….
